Beauty care - 7 beauty tips
Beauty care is one of the problems that most women (and men) of all ages face. Beauty, or the lack of it, is pretty much a state of mind. . .well almost. There are beauty tips for Hair Styles, Nails, Skin Care, Body and Shape, Weight Loss, Exercise, Fashion and Style, Inner Beauty and more.
Let’s talk about inner beauty care. True beauty begins from the inside out. Outer beauty will only appear when you’ve practiced beauty within.
Knowing how and what to eat, can make a huge difference in how you feel. Improper eating habits can cause depression, overweight, illness and an overall lethargy.
Change your eating and exercising habits. You can do this. Do not try to change everything at once, unless you are just one of those rare individuals that can do that.
Beauty care starts with our diet. Diet does not mean just losing weight. Diet means the food you put in your daily eating habits.
1)A rule of thumb for eating habits are…don’t eat more calories than you consume. Don’t go one single day without doing something extra and physical for at least 30 minutes per day. This can be three ten minute walks. Or 30 minutes of vigorous aerobics, or 12 minutes of weight lifting and 18 minutes of walking.
2) Water, you need water. Try to add at least 4 more glasses of water to your daily diet. The rule of thumb for water is 8 glasses per day; and one extra for every ten pounds overweight you are.
3) Fats, you need to know about fats. There are different kinds of fats. Some fats are better for you than others. A rule of thumb on fats is, stay away from hydrogenated fats. These are fats that solidify. They are in store bought cakes, cookies, crackers, chips and even in bran muffins. Read the labels.
Choose fats that are polyunsaturated or fats such as olive oil. And, eat some fish to get some omega-3 fats. Carbohydrates - Are your immediate fuel source. An average is about 55 percent of your diet in carbohydrates. So, a rule of thumb is, figure your protein grams, get around 25% fat per day, and the rest would be in carbohydrates.
The heavier you are, the more protein you need the less carbohydrates you will need.
Fats - try not to exceed more than 25 percent fat in your daily diet. 30 is fine, too. That does not mean you can’t have a junk food fast food hamburger… it just means that if you do eat that 55 percent fat burger that you are going to have to cut down on other fat filled foods for the rest of the day to balance it out.
4) Fiber - work up to getting 25 grams of Fiber per day
5) Protein - averages about 20 percent. Divide weight by 2.2 and multiply that by .8 to get the kilograms. For men it is averages as one gram per each kilogram of weight. So, a man would divide their weight in pounds 2.2 then multiply that by .10
6) Make exchanges gradually. Suppose you drink whole milk…work down to 2 percent. Maybe replacing two of your cups per day until you can completely change over. If you are on two percent milk, work down to 1 percent.
7) Add bran to your cereals for extra fiber. Do add it in your baking. You need to balance your diet with vegetables and fruits, too. Try adding different colors to your plate. Maybe an orange yam, and some green beans, to add color. The more variety of food colors, bring more variety of vitamins. Eat more raw foods.
Remember, exchange things, add things, and do it gradually and remember, live all things in life in moderation and soon you will be bouncy and vibrant and well on your way to living BEAUTIFULLY!

Beauty Problem - Skin Tags
As we grow older skin starts coming out with different growths and spots. Skin tags are one such product of ageing. The exact cause of skin tags is not known. They are also known as Acrochordons. Skin tags look like small growths hanging with a stalk. These fleshy bumps are ugly in appearance and cause lot of mental discomfort compared to physical.
Skin tags appear at different places on the body. The common areas are necklines, below the breasts, underarms, groin etc. Skin tags may appear in different sizes. Small tags appear in a bunch, while large tags appear alone. They normally form in cluster of small tags of about a mm to big ones measuring up to a cm.
Consult your doctor about removal of skin tags. Your doctor will remove them with a suitable method that may be either of these four- surgically cutting them, by freezing them, by electro surgery or by tying a suture around the stalk. The choice of removal method depends upon the location and the size of tag and the stalk. The tag removal normally does not lead to any scar formation. The healing is over in a day or two. Please consult your doctor for more details.

Criminals in Texas beware: if you threaten someone in their car or office, citizens now have the right to shoot you dead
DALLAS (Reuters) - Criminals in Texas beware: if you threaten someone in their car or office, the citizens of this state where guns are ubiquitous have the right to shoot you dead.
Governor Rick Perry’s office said on Tuesday that he had signed a new law that expands Texans’ existing right to use deadly force to defend themselves “without retreat” in their homes, cars and workplaces.
“The right to defend oneself from an imminent act of harm should not only be clearly defined in Texas law, but is intuitive to human nature,” Perry said on his Web site.
The new law, which takes affect on September 1, extends an exception to a statute that required a person to retreat in the face of a criminal attack. The exception was in the case of an intruder unlawfully entering a person’s home.
The law extends a person’s right to stand their ground beyond the home to vehicles and workplaces, allowing the reasonable use of deadly force, the governor’s office said.
The reasonable use of lethal force will be allowed if an intruder is:
- Committing certain violent crimes, such as murder or sexual assault, or is attempting to commit such crimes
- Unlawfully trying to enter a protected place
- Unlawfully trying to remove a person from a protected place.
The law also provides civil immunity for a person who lawfully slays an intruder or attacker in such situations.
Texas joins several other states including Florida that have or are considering similar laws.
Sympathy for violent offenders and criminals in general runs low in Texas, underscored by its busy death row. The state leads the United States in executions with 388 since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976 by the
U.S. Supreme Court.
A conservative political outlook and widespread fondness for hunting also means Texans are a well-armed people capable of defending themselves with deadly force.
It is easy to acquire guns over the counter in Texas and lawful to carry a concealed handgun with a permit.

New Book from Paul Kramer, Fighting Body Pollution… Staying Healthy in an Unhealthy World
Paul Kramer’s book, ‘FIGHTING BODY POLLUTION…… Staying Healthy in an Unhealthy World’ outlines the latest research into the benefits of nutrition, food supplements, exercise and stress reduction to maximize health. Dr. Hacker states, that a well-rounded approach to improving nutrition, eliminating exposure to pollution and increasing activity levels moves towards a healthier lifestyle and prevention of disease.
Paul Kramer, is a registered Nutritional Consultant, renown author and conducts health seminar worldwide. For over 20 years, he has been studying and teaching the effects of nutrition, exercise and the environment on human health.
Paul Kramer’s book, ‘Fighting Body Pollution - Staying Healthy in an Unhealthy World’ outlines the latest research into the benefits of nutrition, food supplements, exercise and stress reduction to maximize health.
No matter where in the world you live, there is an increasingly polluted environment that is negatively affecting people’s health today. According to Paul Kramer, “when pollution and toxins from air, food and water enter our body, it becomes Body Pollution. Stored chemicals that damage the healthy cells of the body lead to disease.”
Kramer’s “Fighting Body Pollution” identifies four steps to guiding the reader towards better health and lifestyle.
He stresses the importance of using nutritional supplements to optimize health and to protect the body from the environment that we live in today.
He describes the simple foods that boost the immune system and shields the body from disease.
He incorporates the latest in stress reduction and exercise techniques that help to maximize energy levels. He identifies that by learning to incorporate simple daily habits into busy lives, the world population would be helped to stay healthy in an unhealthy world.
Research shows that our world is vastly different from our ancestors. We eat, breathe and live in our modern environment, making the ingestion of toxins a part of every day life. Numerous studies have shown that certain vitamins act as antioxidants and are essential in protecting the human body from the damages of pollution and the excess free radicals that are produced. This can be largely prevented by eating whole foods which contain natural antioxidants acting to reduce the energy of the free radical, stop them from forming in the first place or by interrupting the chain reaction thereby minimizing the damage.
In the aging baby boomer population there is more cardiovascular disease, many due to genetic pre-determined factors others due to environmental factors. Poor nutrition and lack of exercise play a significant role in many cases of cardiovascular disease. Exercising to the recommended 30 to 60 minutes daily would help to prevent or control heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, depression and obesity.
According to Kramer, “Many of the risk factors for cardiac disease including hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol levels), obesity and diabetes are linked to poor nutrition. Proper nutritional intake is essential to prevent or control many of these conditions.” He goes on to say that, “unfortunately, with busy lifestyles, many patients dietary intake is high in fat and void of nutrition including essential minerals and vitamins as well as fibre.”
Today, most people find it difficult to meet the recommended daily requirements of nutrition and vitamins. Whether it’s due to busy schedules, over processed foods or environmental factors many people do not have a well-balanced eating regime and often do not take in enough dietary fibre. Nutritional supplements such as Intra and Nutria created by Lifestyles Global Network are a recognized and effective method of restoring those missing essential nutrients and vitamins.
Whether people are currently disease free or who want to prevent or delay the onset of problems in the future, they are looking for a well rounded approach to a healthier lifestyle. In the Forward of Kramer’s book ‘Fighting Body Pollution - Staying Healthy in an Unhealthy World,’ Dr. Hacker states, that a well-rounded approach to improving nutrition, eliminating exposure to pollution and increasing activity levels moves towards a healthier lifestyle and prevention of disease. Although everyone recognizes the importance of modern medicine in the treatment of disease, he states, “that a book such as this is an essential guide to help people develop daily habits to promote their health.”
Paul Kramer’s ‘Fighting Body Pollution - Staying Healthy in an Unhealthy World’ is an essential read for those who want to stay healthy. The pay off will be better health, vitality and a longer and more productive life. His book can be found at www.fightingbodypollution.com or www.lifestyles.net

7 Step Guide To Complete A Safe Purchase From An Online Pharmacy
Everybody knows that prescription medication is much cheaper in Canada. What people don’t know is how to successfully utilize the internet to locate their prescription medication in Canada, saving both time and money. So here is a step-by-step guide on how to locate and order your medication online from an established Canadian pharmacy.
1. Once you find the online Canadian pharmacy you wish to purchase from, go to the list of drugs available from that pharmacy. Most lists will be in alphabetical order. Once you have located it, click on it and then select the dosage as well as the number of units that you want. Next, click on the order or add to cart button.
2. Your shopping cart will open up and show you the drug, dosage, and quantity that you just added. If you want to search for more drugs, click on the continue shopping button and repeat the process in step one.
3. Once you have all the drugs that you are looking for, click on the check out, order or proceed to the checkout icon.
4. Provide your name, address, and email as needed. You should see a subtotal or an itemized summary. Make sure that you want every thing on your shopping list; you may have accidentally added an item to your cart that you don’t want.
5. Once you reach this step, online pharmacies usually require you to do one of 2 things. Either click on a link to fill out a form online, or download and print the form and then mail or fax it along with your original or photocopied prescription.
6. Next you will be asked to choose a payment option. Normally pharmacies allow you to mail an international money order or personal check along with your filled out form and prescription. Usually you will also have the choice to use a credit or debit card.
7. Once you have filled everything out and sent it in either over the internet or through the mail, now all you have to do is wait. Usually you will receive your order through standard mail 1 to 2 weeks after the pharmacy receives your information.
The hardest part out of this whole process is deciding which pharmacy to use. There are so many out there that it is hard to make sure that you are finding the best deal and ordering from the most reputable pharmacy. A great resource for finding the cheapest and safest pharmacy is NoPrescriptionNeeded.com. There are several reasons why sickness is exploding to epidemic proportion and they are linked to the nutritional deficiencies in our food. Food is the fuel our bodies need to function correctly. What we are doing to our food is destroying its ability to protect us against many diseases including cancer, diabetes and autoimmune disease:

4. Preparing the food in ways that are unhealthy, such as overcooking and adding large amounts of salt and sugar. When using a microwave, 90% of the nutrients are destroyed.
5. Storing food in Styrofoam. Also, using plastic containers that are not made for use with food. These containers release harmful toxins.
6. Growing produce in soil depleted of essential nutrients.
7. Pollution is causing our watering systems to be full of toxins.

Diabetes is the #6 overall killer in the US, resulting in 70,000 deaths each year. (Health Education International)
3 out of 4 will develop a degenerative disease. (Center for Disease Control)
More than 196,000 die and 2.2 million are injured each year by adverse reactions to prescription drugs. (Alternative Medicine, March 2000)
60% of the visits to the doctors are the result of stress related conditions.
